Shipping Policy

BuyPoint offers FREE shipping to most of customer delivery locations by using the fast shipping agents like Canadian Post, USPS, YunExpress etc.

Delivery time ranges from 7 to 21 Days (working days) depending to the delivery location

However, some of the delivery locations have to pay for the shipping cost ranging from 2$ to 10$ depending on the location.

Return & Exchange Policy

BuyPoint deliveries successful all orders to the customers. Therefore, Only damage successful delivered product can be offered partial/full refund within 30 Days after customer confirmed to receive his/her order.

BuyPoint also processing a new Order to customers whose parcels failed to arrive due to circumstances which are beyond control.
